How long should a home inspection take?

Every home and every home inspector is different. Generally a home inspection will take 2 to 3 hours and will greatly depend on the square footage, age of the property and how well it was maintained.

S&B Property Inspections strive to conduct a thorough inspection and during the inspection capture deficiencies, areas worthy of highlighting to the property owner, safety concerns and other items that may need future maintenance. Our inspectors will review these findings with our client immediately following the home inspection and provide the final report the same day. The client is welcomed and encouraged to contact us for clarification or to answer any questions. Furthermore we maintain trusted resources in the Baton Rouge area to provide continued service for our customers.
