We had a great experience with S&B Property Inspections.  We booked on the 4th of July and had confirmation within minutes.  He was 30 minutes early for the inspection and very thorough.  Checked out everything, and any concerns we had as well.  Reviewed the report at the conclusion of the inspection, and we had a final copy by 3pm that afternoon.  Very efficient, great communication.  Would absolutely recommend.  Great pricing too.
